You can enter any of our prize draws for free by sending a letter or postcard. Each postal entry counts as 1 entry, exactly the same as 1 entry made in the app. Postal entries go into the same draw and have the same chance of winning as entries made in the app.

What to write by hand

  1. The name of the draw you are entering, as shown in the app.
  2. Your full name.
  3. Your postal address, including postcode.
  4. Your email address. We contact winners by email.
  5. Your date of birth. You must be 18 or over to enter.
  6. The words “I accept the terms and conditions for this draw”.

“I wish to enter via the Free Postal Entry route.”

Your entry must be handwritten. Please write clearly. You don’t need a Neo account to enter by post.

The rules for postal entries

  • Send it by ordinary first- or second-class post with the right stamp. You don’t need recorded or special delivery. Entries with unpaid or underpaid postage are not accepted and not returned.
  • Entries must be handwritten. Printed, typed or photocopied entries won’t count.
  • One entry per envelope or postcard, each posted separately. Several entries in one envelope count as none.
  • Up to 13 postal entries per competition per person per month, renewing on the 1st of the month.
  • Your entry must arrive before the draw closes (UK time). Late entries are not entered into this draw or any later one.
  • You must be 18 or over. The same terms apply as for app entries, including the one-prize-per-person rule.
  • Entries that are incomplete, can’t be read, or don’t name a draw that is open are not accepted and not returned.
  • We don’t send receipts for postal entries. Proof of posting is not proof that we received it.
  • We use your details only to run the draw and contact you if you win, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Post it in good time

Royal Mail aims to deliver first class the next working day and second class within 2 to 3 working days, but it can take longer. We recommend posting at least 5 working days before the draw closes, and longer from outside the UK.
