Terms of Use

You need a free account to use the app, and after the free trial a subscription (section 2). You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it: for example, by trying to break its security, overload it, scrape it on a large scale, or send false or abusive enquiries or competition entries.

Your first sign-in starts a 7-day free trial of the full app. No card is needed for the trial. After the trial, the app costs £2.99 a month (or the price shown when you subscribe), paid by card through our payment provider, Cashflows. We never see or store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date, and the payment is taken from the card you saved, until you cancel. If you add your card during the free trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time in My account; no further payments are taken and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded for part months, but this doesn’t affect your legal rights.

If a monthly payment fails we’ll try again over the next few days; if it still can’t be taken, your subscription ends and you can renew at any time. If we change the price we’ll tell you before it applies to you. The prize draws can always be entered free by post, with or without a subscription.

Everything in the app is general information and education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Calculator and converter results are indicative spot values, not dealer buy or sell prices. Make your own checks and, where appropriate, get professional advice before buying, selling or investing.

Prices, exchange rates, crypto, commodity and chart data come from various third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we can’t guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. Always check prices with a trusted source before relying on them.

Featured dealers are independent businesses. Neo Network does not sell metals and does not guarantee any dealer’s products, prices or service. Any purchase or sale is a contract directly between you and the dealer. When you send a Sell enquiry, your details are passed to that dealer as described in our Privacy Policy.

Neo Tokens are earned through the game: 9,000 Neo Foundry XP = 1 Neo Token, and max 3 Neo Tokens can be earned per month. Neo Tickets are bought in packs of 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50 in My account and can’t be refunded. 1 Neo Token = 1 entry and 1 Neo Ticket = 1 entry into the Monthly Prize Draw, and entries are limited to 10 per competition per month (Neo Tokens and Neo Tickets combined). Anyone can also enter free by post (up to 13 postal entries per competition per person per month), with the same chance of winning. Neo Tokens and Neo Tickets have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and can only be used for entries into the Monthly Prize Draw. The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over and is governed by the terms and conditions shown with each draw, which take priority over these terms for that draw. The prize draw is run solely by Neo Network. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third party, including the brands, makers or sellers of any prize, our payment provider, Apple, Google or any social media platform.

Certificate Check links to the grading companies’ own lookup pages; Neo Network is not affiliated with them. The Authenticity Guide is general guidance and can’t confirm that any item is genuine. Neo Foundry is an educational game: real melting and alloying of metals is dangerous and needs proper equipment and training.

The app may show offers and discount codes for Neo Network products, and links to other websites. Offers are subject to the seller’s terms. We aren’t responsible for the content of other websites.

The app’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Neo Network or its licensors. You may use the app for your own personal use but may not copy or redistribute it. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We provide the app “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Neo Network is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data, including trading losses or losses from dealings with dealers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may change the app or these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
